Tao in Estes Park

Tao's owner, Kathy, loves this quote
Tao definitely stole the show in Estes Park this weekend.  He was such a crowd pleaser, everyone who saw him came up to pet him and talk to him.  We did have some funny moments when people asked what kind of Arabian he was, and one person facetiously commented that he may not have scored well in type or refinement of his face in the conformation classes.  (Arabian horses have very delicate and dished faces, totally opposite of our draft-type haflinger, Tao.)
Such a friendly face

Tao hates these small mesh nets, they take FOREVER to get the hay out!  They are great for horse shows because the horses can have hay in front of them at all times in the stall without wasting the hay in the bedding.

Tao coaching Jubilee at the show.  Back in May he helped put her under saddle, and he taught her how to trail ride by ponying her around the neighborhood.

All smiles!
