This is the arena, 100x200' half of it covered with walls to protect the N and W sides.  I actually like it better this way than a fully enclosed arena, because you don't have to mess with watering it or lighting.  There is 4" of sand footing throughout.

This is the round pen, 100' with sand footing and solid walls. 

The barn has several paddocks leading off it so horses have shelter from the overhang in addition to the various loafing sheds located around the property in fenced paddocks.

The barn also has a huge enclosed tack room.  Half of it has tack lockers for boarders.

The middle section is used for grain storage and feed preparation.
