- Place the balls of your feet on the lowest fence rail and sink down into your heels to stretch your calves.
- Put one hand on the wall of the tack room at a 45 degree angle and lean forward until you feel the stretch across that side of your chest and in your armpit to loosen the pectoral muscles. Then repeat on the other side.
- Roll your shoulders by bringing them up to your ears, then push them back, then push them down repeating several times slowly.
