Kentucky Derby Party at Arapahoe Track

CANTER Colorado, the organization through which Dewey and Highboy came, hosted a fundraiser and Kentucky Derby party at Arapahoe Track in Denver this weekend.  My friends and I created and then donned our derby hats, and headed to the track!  It was fun to be in the new cabana near the finish line, my previous trips to the track have only entailed visits to the backside where the horses live.
