Da Dew Run Run Run

Dewey's new owner, Rebecca, is back in town and needed a little horse therapy time, so we took Dewey and Mahzi the dog to the arena to play.  When she turned Dewey loose he just wandered over to a patch of weeds and began eating.  Rebecca got the lunge whip and motivated him a little - which led to some very fun photos!


 Doesn't Dewey look just like this Breyer horse? 

I love how the dog and the horse have their bodies and legs in the same position but going opposite directions.  My animals are very synchronized!

 I love capturing his "wild eye"!  We see it so rarely in this easy going fellow.

After his characteristic three to five minutes of frolicking, Dewey was back to being his normal mellow and smoochy self.
